CONCIERGE SERVICE, NO SURPRISES
eJet brings true power by the hour (PBH) maintenance solutions to VIP operators and small airline fleets. eJet is the only provider of true PBH solutions - not unsecured insurance programs or simple pre-paid maintenance plans that change your rate annually - only eJet delivers the long-term cost stability, worldwide support infrastructure and one-stop concierge service that discriminating operators demand.
eJet customers worldwide include:
- Individual owners operating between 300 and 800 hours per year
- Small charter fleets with between one and five aircraft of a type
- Aircraft lessors
eJet offers a unique cost-per-flight-hour program that covers engines, avionics, rotables, landing gear, auxiliary power units, wheels and brakes. All key systems are covered, including electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and environmental components, all without any buy-in required.
Lufthansa Technik provides global maintenance, repair and overhaul capability and logistics while eJet provides 24/7 maintenance control, parts tracking and record keeping, maintenance planning tools, and a customized maintenance program for individual operators that can reduce inspection and heavy maintenance costs by up to 20%. General Electric provides engine coverage through the OnPoint(tm) program on some aircraft types, while Delta TechOps provides engine and APU support on other platforms. Across all aircraft types, eJet provides high-touch concierge services as a core part of the service offering, taking maintenance risk out of small-fleet operations.
The joint program is both JAR OPS and FAA Part 21 compliant.
MORE THAN INSURANCE
True PBH programs provide owners and operators with the highest level of cost confidence and operational support. eJet's PBH solutions, offered jointly with Lufthansa Technik, General Electric, Delta TechOps and other industry leaders, provide owners and operators of Boeing, Airbus and Bombardier aircraft with unparalleled cost savings and global support to maximize uptime, without the hidden costs. eJet’s programs provide No Fault Found allowances, full rather than pro-rata coverage on engines and APU’s, standard shipping and logistics costs and hourly rates that do not change based on parts usage.
eJet is neither an insurance program nor a prepaid maintenance program. With eJet, operators do not need to worry about whether trust funds or capital reserves will be adequate in the future to fund repair costs. eJet fully funds the payments to Lufthansa Technik and its other providers on a monthly basis. Nor do operators face annual cost escalations based on prior usage. The eJet total solution locks in maintenance costs over a long-term basis, offering operators both cost savings and predictability.
With customers in Europe, Asia and the Americas, eJet has already demonstrated the advantages of its program. The power of the eJet program is its combination of concierge service and support with the global capabilities and efficient cost structures of dominant MROs. Unlike insurance programs or prepaid maintenance plans, only eJet provides the hands-on support required to address AOG events, manage operations into unfamiliar airports and provide global logistics capability. eJet's 24/7/365 call center, staffed with experts in each aircraft type, offers operators a one-stop shop for diagnosis and technical support and when required we will dispatch a worldwide go-team with spare parts to get your aircraft airborne as quickly as possible.
WHY EJET?
Business jet owners and small fleet operators have paid high premiums for aircraft support. They have little, if any, pricing power on a one-off basis. Even traditional aircraft management firms lack the experience, scale and industry resources to offer real differentiation and cost efficiency to aircraft owners.
By leveraging an existing low-cost and more efficient airline support infrastructure, eJet customers worldwide enjoy unparalleled global support and reliability at prices significantly lower than alternatives. And unlike other offerings, the eJet service offers owners the confidence, capability and efficiency of global MROs with proven infrastructure.
The eJet program is offered only for airlines and similar business jet designs for which global MRO capability is available. eJet Services currently offers support for Bombardier CRJ-200, -700 and -900 series aircraft; the Bombardier Challenger 604, 605, 800 and 850 designs; the Boeing 737 series, BBJ series, and 757/767 platforms.
eJet offers owners and operators of these aircraft types the cost advantage of large scale fleet pricing. eJet pools maintenance purchasing and ongoing support across its base of customers. Key to the eJet model are predictable, per-hour maintenance costs.
