eJet offers VIP owners and operators global response capability in partnership with Lufthansa Technik and other brand-name vendors. With a 24/7/365 support center based in the United States, eJet arranges the complex logistics of moving parts and components to remote locations.
All eJet customers receive unlimited logistics and telephone support, including movement of parts to any airport worldwide with commercial air service. Should transportation to a general aviation facility be required, eJet's logistics team can organize the sourcing, transportation and customs paperwork as required.
eJet has access to a global go-team to assist owners with major repairs.
